SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 7-10 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. 

Shipping time within Pakistan is normally less than 4 days normally, we will inform you well in advance if your order is going to be delayed due to warehouse process.

Shipping Preferences

Your default shipping address may be modified from your My Account page. If you have just placed an order, you will have to contact hawtshop support at [support@hawtshop.com] within 1 hour of making the order.

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost depends on the delivery place and the weight of the item. Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a Delivery Charge in addition to the above standard shipping rate.

These additional delivery charges and shipping upgrade charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offers. Quantity limits may apply in some countries. Your order may be reduced or held to comply with country restrictions.

Shipping Carrier

Hawtshop ships most orders via FedEx internationally and via TCS or Blue-Ex with in Pakistan. 

           

 

Cash of Delivery Carrier

Cash on delivery orders are delivered via Blue-Ex. COD policy can be check in the terms and conditions.

Cash of Delivery Policy

Hawtshop constantly captures the customer’s requirements and accordingly we deliver those needs. As a value added feature, we have introduced the Cash on delivery (COD) to our customer. At the moment Cash of Delivery is available with in Pakistan only. The list of cities is available HERE. If a product does not have COD (which is extremely rare) we will inform you within 24 hours of your COD order for an alternative way of payment. Our delivery partners are TCS and Blue-Ex.

As a part of our verification system, you will be guided to provide your Full Name, Address, Landline number, mobile number and CNIC / government ID number. Please note that your ordering session and IP address will be recorded for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) records for security purposes. Once verification is complete you will be sent a verification completed e-mail, whole of this process is usually done within 24-48 hours of placing COD order.

We strongly recommend our customers to make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. Cheque’s, Demand Drafts or any other payment mode will not be entertained at the time of delivery via COD.

As a part of our COD Policy, We cannot accept the cancellation request once the order is confirmed and the order process has been started after the verification. If the products are either damaged or defective, we will arrange for replacement of the same product and no cash refund will be made. Alternately, we always believe in giving confidence to our customers and hence we can provide alternatives if only available to our customer in special cases.

In case of COD the current normal return or replacement policy will not be available. The amended return and replacement policy is as follows:

No item will be considered valid for return unless it is non-replaceable after applying the replacement policy that follows; the product will be valid for replacement only if it is damaged, defective, wrong color, wrong size or a different product than ordered. A replacement request can only be made either when the ordered is being delivered (handed over) to the customer or within the first 48 hours of the delivery. If a return is validated according to Hawtshop's amended replacement policy in case of COD, the return would be made via Bank cheque (if feasible) or cash in other cases within 48 hours of the return acceptance.

** Valuable items including Jewelry, formal and bridal wear and classified items may require 15%-25% advance payment. Our Customer support will confirm it when you place such order.

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
