Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Hawtshop has a very pro-consumer replace / exchange / refund / return policy in case of faults, errors and discrepancies during the delivery and post delivery of goods.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we may replace / exchange (exchange only if the ordered product is out of stock and consumer agrees to exchange it) the product without additional charges and we may refund in case of shipment of wrong product.

The return address is mentioned in the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM which is available with our helpdesk and support specialist available on phone and email [support@hawtshop.com]. Our returns warehouse is in Lahore, Pakistan.

How to send the returns

You must fill the returns form in the link given here, RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM before sending any returns.

Terms and Conditions (Returns only)

We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorization Form.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched dresses and Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end while shipping of the product.

We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.

Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

 

Return Refunds

We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

There is an admin / credit card commission cost included in the final order value; this cost will not be refunded. If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.

For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment methods (if available while shopping) refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers or shopping credit and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.

In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.

Note: All products are photographically scanned / digitally scanned during the shipping procedure and a complete QA is carried out from our end. If an error or fault occurs from our end, we will be liable for it otherwise a complete support case will be created taking in account the insurance procedure of the shipment. Consumers are therefore requested to keep proof of any kind of faults, damages and shipment errors of the goods before filing a return / exchange / refund authorization.

Return Policy for Cash on Delivery

 

In case of COD the current normal return or replacement policy will not be available. The amended return and replacement policy is as follows:

No item will be considered valid for return unless it is non-replaceable after applying the replacement policy that follows; the product will be valid for replacement only if it is damaged, defective, wrong color, wrong size or a different product than ordered. A replacement request can only be made either when the ordered is being delivered (handed over) to the customer or within the first 48 hours of the delivery. If a return is validated according to Hawtshop's amended replacement policy in case of COD, the return would be made via Bank cheque (if feasible) or cash in other cases within 48 hours of the return acceptance.

** Valuable items including Jewelry, formal and bridal wear, custom made items and classified items may carry deduction rate when posting a return. Customers will be informed of any such policy before the item is shipped to them.

*** Interim offers and sale offers related to non-apparel goods e.g Electronics and Cellphones will not carry the same return policy as normal goods on this website. Please check with customer support about the return policy for such goods if there is any.
